Italian Pie
1 can tuna
4 eggs
1/4 C. milk
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. Italian Seasonings
1 frozen pie crustBeat eggs and mil together. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour into crust and bake in 425 degree oven 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Fettuccine Alfredo
1/4 C. margarine
1 1/4 C. half and half cream
8 oz. fettuccini noodles
3/4 C. Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of saltCook Fettuccini as directed on package. In large skillet melt margarine over medium heat; stir in 3/4 C of "half & half cream". Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat 2-3 minutes. Add cooked fettuccini to skillet. Stir in remaining 1/2 C. "half & half" cream, Parmesan Cheese, pepper & salt. Cook 1 minute and serve.
*Note...I also boil boneless chicken breasts and then chop them up and put them in the fettuccini
Crock Pot Pizza
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger or sausage (or mixed)
1 pkg. thick egg noodles
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper
12 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 8oz. package sliced pepperoni
1 sm. jar pizza sauce
1 sm. jar spaghetti sauce
1 sm. can mushroomsBrown meat, pepper, & onion. Drain well. Add pizza and spaghetti sauce;
simmer for 5 minutes. Cook noodles & drain. Layer in crock pot: meat,
then noodles, then cheese, then pepperoni...for several layers. Cook in
crock pot on low for 30-45 minutes or until cheese melts.
Hamburger Stroganoff
1 lb. hamburger
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1- 8oz. package of egg noodles
1- 8oz. container of sour creamCombine fried hamburger, mushroom soup, and sour cream and heat.
Prepare noodles as directed.
Pour hamburger mixture over cooked noodles.
Porcupine Meatballs
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 C. uncooked white rice
4 C. tomato juice
1 Tbsp. grated onion (or dehydrated onion)Mix beef, rice & onion. Form into 18 small meat balls.
Brown meatballs in skillet on medium heat. Pour in tomato juice.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour, or until rice is tender.

Chocolate Lush
1 C. flour
3/4 C. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C. milk
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. brown sugar
1/4 C cocoa (for top)
1 3/4 C HOT tap waterIn ungreased square pan, stir together flour, sugar, 2 Tbsp. cocoa, baking powder,
and salt. Mix in milk, oil, and vanilla with fork until smooth. Spread evenly in pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 C. cocoa. pour HOT water over batter.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes. Batter will rise
over chocolate pudding making a crust over the pudding.
*Note...I like this one because it can be made all in one pan!
